Meet Our Chef
Chef Marcolino's Italia
Born and raised in Nevada striving to bring delicious food with traditional techniques alive. She found her passion through cooking with her grandmothers and watching the family come together every night to share dinner. She trained at the Culinary Institute of America and used it as a stepping stone to build her career working with amazing Chefs and at amazing places including, but not limited to, The Awahnees in Yosemite, Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe, The Tahoe Beach Club, and now Marcolino's Italia. She loves that we all eat in the same language and that no matter where you go you can share your heritage over a recipe handed down through the generations.
